CORE EDGE Flexible Steel Edging (5m pack)

CORE EDGE is an innovative flexible steel garden edging system, suitable for edging lawns, borders, patios, pathways and driveways. Manufactured in the UK from 1.6mm mild steel and available in two heights and up to five finishes, each pack of 5 x 1075mm strips joins together to give 5 metres of edging.

Easy installation

CORE EDGE is quickly installed with no specialist tools required and is tough enough to resist ride-on mowers and light vehicles.  Each strip securely clips into the next with rigid double locking tabs, and anchors into the soil with sturdy ground spikes. For softer ground, the edging can be reinforced with the easily installed expanding clip and galvanised rebar (link to separate SKU) which reinforces the ground spikes by an additional 300mm.

Both straight lines and curved radiuses can easily be achieved, or create sharp corners by easily bending the strips to fit.

Artificial grass

CORE EDGE is becoming the preferred edging method for artificial grass contractors - simply secure the edge of the grass with the edging spikes for a secure, neat finish.

Range of finishes

All CORE EDGE products apart from the weathered steel Cor-Ten effect have a 20 micron galvanised zinc coating.

The three coloured edgings also have a further 110 micron UV resistant polyester powder coating, forming a durable scratch resistant barrier.

The Cor-Ten high grade weathering steel has a contemporary look with its naturally oxidised finish. After 5-6 weeks the stable rust-like look develops, forming a protective layer that prevents any further oxidation of the metal.
