The HLA 56 is a cordless long-reach hedge trimmer designed for trimming tall hedges and shrubs with ease. Lightweight and well-balanced, it features double-edged, droplet-shaped blades that help guide branches into the cutting teeth for a clean and even result.

The adjustable cutting head can be tilted from -45° to +90°, allowing you to reach difficult angles and trim hard-to-access spots in your garden. It has a detachable shaft for convenient transport and includes a wall bracket for tidy storage.

Part of the STIHL AK System, the HLA 56 shares a compatible battery with other tools in the range, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws. Carrying length is 115 cm, making it compact without sacrificing reach.
