Description

Post Mix, sometimes referred to as postcrete is specifically designed for the setting of timber, metal or concrete fence posts. Although the primary use for Post Mix is fixing posts into the ground, it can also be use for other small jobs around the garden, like sleepers. Post Mix (or postcrete) has a lot going for it.

  • High quality pre-mixed formulation
  • No mixing or measuring, just add water
  • Easy to pour
  • Great value for money

If you are short on time Post Mix concrete is a great option. You simply pour water into the post hole then add the Post Mix. It also sets very fast meaning you can get on with the job in hand without waiting around for hours for your cement to dry out.

Full instructions are on the bag so you can't go wrong. AVS recommends you use just over one bag of Post Mix per hole for fence panels - so you should allow for 1.5 bags per hole. These measurements will of course depend on the size of the hole being filled.
