If the delivery site does not have offload capability, a hard-standing area must be available otherwise the delivery will not be completed.

Treatment: Our UC3 Railway Sleepers are pressure-treated with top-quality preservatives, providing excellent resistance against rot, decay, and insect damage.

Our new Softwood and Hardwood Sleepers are crafted from natural, organic, unseasoned timber. As they have not undergone any drying process, they are hydroscopic and will naturally season over time. This may cause them to contract, distort, and expand with the changing seasons.

Splits, checks, and shakes are natural features of landscaping timbers that contribute to their rustic appearance. These characteristics will not affect the product's integrity if properly oriented. They will become more noticeable as the timber dries and shrinks in different directions, but this is entirely normal.

Although the sleepers share a general color profile, slight variations in color can occur due to natural factors. If you need more information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that the dimensions of our sleepers are nominal and may vary. As a rough sawn product, they are not machined to exact tolerances, which adds to their unique, natural character.
