Service rating : I was ordering for a garden project and phoned sleeper supplies and spoke to a guy about what I was trying to achieve and he was very helpful. I then placed the order on line via AVS as not all the items were shown on sleeper supplies.
The order process was seamless and delivery was good too. I asked for the driver to call me prior to arriving as it was an all day slot and this allowed me to go out. He called and on arrival was very pleasant. Product : Look good |

Products generally good. Delivery on time - helpful driver re off-loading | I have checked the head of our Decking screws and they are all square drive. Our website is out of date in this aspect the heads were multi purpose. Thank you very much for your input I will have the website changed today. The Deck screws have a square driver bit in the box, however I accept you did not get quite what we suggested. |

Very good mail order interface, friendly and efficient staff | We have been in contact with you directly to investigate and resolve this. Our Wire Netting normally meets Quality Standard BS EN 10223-2 obviously there is something wrong here. I am sorry for the inconvience and the additional issue with the rogue fencing stake.
