General purpose fixing bolt with mushroom head. These can be used for garden decking, fence repair spurs and railway sleepers. Use the shortest length of M8 diametre with chainlink fencing cleats and wire strainers.
Smaller lengths of bolts are fully threaded with longer bolt lengths being threaded for about one third of their length.
Use M10 diametre for fixing timber etc.

It would possibly be useful if AVS provided a chargeable delivery service for orders smaller than £120, as longer lengths of timber can be difficult to transport in a small vehicle. | |

I live down a Cul-de-sac and my order was loaded on a 17 ton truck and wouldn't have been able to get to my house to deliver so I had to wait till the next day for delivery, they were very apollogetic and promised delivery on a smaller truck the next day. My goods arrived early next morning as promised with the driver being very helpfull. Though this could have been a problem I have no complaints. | |
