All products were good and as stated on the website, the delivery was after 1700 unfortunately as the driver could not find us so perhaps a little forward planning? Everything else excellent | |

Service rating : Not happy that who ever put the order together couldn't distinguish between 3 and 1. The refund was sorted out efficiently but it hasn't helped me complete my project as Ican't find any one else who stocks them. Product : The screws are great, just a pity AVS couldn't send the right amount as I don't seem able to find anyone else who stocks them. |

Service rating : Good fast delivery, will use you again Product : These screws will not actually drive into the oak sleepers without pre-tapping and then manually winding in - i.e. the packaging/description is slightly optimistic re driving straight in. They work fine though once installed. |
