15-Nov-2011		It would possibly be useful if AVS provided a chargeable delivery service for orders smaller than £120, as longer lengths of timber can be difficult to transport in a small vehicle.
09-Sep-2011		Service rating : The only downside was the delivery driver who was clearly not happy to take delivery from the road up some steps even though this problem had been made clear when the order was made on line. A hoist would have made things easier for him (to drop the goods on the raised front lawn). Product : Edged four flower beds and very pleased with the result
02-Aug-2011		Service rating : I found AVS communication with the customer excellent with the emphasis on delivery times. In my case the company was out of stock and delivery would be delayed. Product : I found of the edging little more warped & twisted than I expected. May I suggest a visual inspection before sale.
