Driveway Gates are provided in a full range of sizes and can be made in softwood or hardwood. Hardwood Driveway Gates are normally made of Oak or Iroko timber. Driveway Gates can be made in a range of styles to suit all tastes, different widths can be specified to suit each situation.
The most popular Driveway Gate that AVS Fencing sell is the Turner Driveway Gate. The Turner is an arched top Driveway Gate available in Hardwood or softwood. Driveway Gates are normally treated with additional timber treatment on site after erection, this helps ensure they are protected from damaging effects of rain and sunshine.

These timber or wooden gateposts are made from kiln dried pine which is a redwood making it really durable when pressure treated. They are available in our standard finish known as green but actually a pleasant light brown colour. From 1st April 2009 all of our sawn treated fencing posts and gate posts have a 15 year guarantee against rot.
