Service rating : Helpful and polite both at the order and delivery end. Competitive prices and good quality products. Accurate delivery times. Product : Time will be the ultimate test but seem fine and easy to fit. Screws were a bit ropey - not the highest quality - had to replace a few with my own. |

Really good service. Called before ordering as I needed delivery of the fence panels and gate within a few days. This was no problem. Ordered goods over the internet then realised the next day something was the wrong size. I called them again and was told not to worry it will be sorted. The goods came on time, all correct. Would definately recommend this comapny | |

Delivery arrived incomplete with handwritten "to follow" for the missing items - and this after I waited extra long for items originally said to be 'out of stock.' As I needed the parts the next day, I had to run around to organise replacements. Also, the round-top palisade slats are very coarse and knotty, almost unusable. | I am sorry this is not what I expect from AVS Fencing. Regards AVS Fencing Supplies |

The boss of your Lewes branch was rude and sarcastic, they didnt ring me before they got to me as they promised, they said it would be delivered between 12-4 and they dumped it in the front garden at about 11am. | I am sorry that you feel, I agree that it not appropriate behaviour for any member of the AVS team.
