Service rating : Delivered a day later than promised. I only found this out because I rang to narrow down time slot. 1 rail was really badly made. I was promised a replacement but it never came. Product : out of 14 rails delivered 1 was returned split and 2 feet shorter than the rest. 2 more needed the end wedges to be re shaped. |
