Didnt deliver on specified day, wasted a day off waiting for delivery. Even called to ask where it was and was told the van was out with my panels but it didnt arrive. It was delivered next day with an apology, but that doesnt get my day off back and has delayed the job now. | This is does not represent our normal level service. Your website: Merchandise excellent; post code entry: dead stupid; card number entry: similar; you have two problems that need sorting out and nearly lost you my order.
Telephone response excellent, your (and my) time was wasted sorting out data entry into your stupid boxes (unlike any other I have met on many e-mail purchases). Delivery excellent. Goods: my gate has multiple small shakes, otherwise quality very good throughout. Product range suggestion: Maybe I missed it, but adding metposts 75x600mm with matching wood posts for garden gates would be good. P.S Your website (bar the data entry) was easily the best I visited!
