Timber Decking

Garden decking can be a very practical solution if you have a sloping garden or areas of your garden are difficult to use, decking can be used to level these areas this is called a raised deck compared with low level decking which is effectively used as an alternative to a patio area with garden decking being used to replace slabs. Creating an area of timber decking which has a softer feel and is warmer to the touch than stone slabs. Most people choose to make their decking from treated softwood using the treated softwood to create both the framework for the decking and for the decking boards. Garden decking can be fitted anywhere in the garden, examples of the locations of garden decking are most obviously immediately adjacent to the front or rear of a property to extend the living area making it one continuous area, another option is if the far end of the garden catches the afternoon sunlight you may want to create a deck at the bottom of the garden or you may have a pond, lake or swimming pool area which you might like to include decking around.
