This was a follow up order to 5 sets of metal gates. We were pleased with the sales service and prompt delivery of both orders but when we came to fit our gates we noticed some plastic ends were missing. We have made several requests by telephone and email and have been assured by AVS they would provide us with the missing parts but several weeks later we are still waiting. We feel AVS after sales care has let them and more importantly, us, down. | Sorry for the delay with your missing plastic caps from your previous order for metal gates.
