New Softwood Railway Sleepers
Ideal for lots of garden landscaping projects. New softwood treated garden railway sleepers are a light brown colour (technically referred to as green) and are similar to recycled railway sleepers, but without the disadvantage of being dirty or creosoted.

Delivery was a bit slower than expected, driver helped put sleepers where wanted rather than nearest point to kerb. | |

Not happy that who ever put the order together couldn't distinguish between 3 and 1. The refund was sorted out efficiently but it hasn't helped me complete my project as Ican't find any one else who stocks them. | |

Some of the items advertised on the website aren't stocked or supplied by the local AVS supplier (Peterborough) - and certain staff can be rude and abrupt saying they don't stock it, questioning why did we ordered online, not order directly with them on the phone. | |

Service rating : I was ordering for a garden project and phoned sleeper supplies and spoke to a guy about what I was trying to achieve and he was very helpful. I then placed the order on line via AVS as not all the items were shown on sleeper supplies.
The order process was seamless and delivery was good too. I asked for the driver to call me prior to arriving as it was an all day slot and this allowed me to go out. He called and on arrival was very pleasant. Product : Haven't used them yet though |
