Metpost Fence Clips
These Metpost fence clips can be used as an alternative to nails to fix panels and trellis to timber fence posts. Use the 46mm clip for lap panels, trellis and Grange St Michel fence panels and the 53mm for closeboard panels. NB: If using for trellis use the smaller size clip, but please be aware these will be a less snug fit.
Fence panel clips are designed for timber fence posts as concrete slotted fence posts require no additional fixing.

Service rating : Driver was a saint but office let them down, was told I could have my delivery Tuesday and it ended up being Thursday, I had booked a handyman for tuesday and booked the week off. ended up having to put it up myself so not good. Product : Very cheap compared to B&Q |
Thank you for your valuable feedback and I am sorry that you feel the products you have been supplied were not satisfactory. Having looked back at your order I can see you have used the Fencelock and Metpost items with Concrete Slotted Posts.
The Fencelock items are designed specifically for 75mm timber fence posts and the Metpost spike for 100mm fence posts. It therefore stands to reason that these items would not fit around a concrete slotted post as it is 104mm wide. Delivery was not made on stated date of Friday and I was not contacted. Ecellent service, my only criticism would be the delivery time, I telephoned the delivering branch three times the day before the delivery was due, I was assured when I made the final telephone call at 16.30hrs, that the delivery was going to be early pm the following day (this info was given after the lorry driver had been consulted). I arrived on the site at apprx. 11.00hrs to find that the delivery had been made some 1.5hrs. earlier. | |
