Ballast & Cement

Ballast and cement for concreting fencing posts into the ground is available to order in convenient bags sizes. Ballast is available in 40 kg bags and a bag of ballast will normally be suitable for one post hole. Ballast is fixed with cement at a ratio of 6 parts of ballast to one part of cement , ballast and cement are essential for the base of any type of fencing that has wind resistance such as lap panel garden fencing and closeboard fencing. An easier alternative to ballast and cement is our Post Fix ready mixed product.
