Heavy Welded Mesh Fencing

Fencing weld mesh is a fencing mesh designed for security fencing and security applications. Fencing weld mesh is an alternative to chain link fencing that is more secure and more robust; it is also suitable for use in higher risk situations as welded mesh is harder to cut through and less prone to vandalism than chain link fencing. Weld mesh is erected in a very similar way to chain link fencing as it is erected on strained line wires which are anchored between end straining posts. It is normally erected on steel or concrete posts when used in security fencing applications. Weld mesh is available in a galvanised finish or in a galvanised and PVC coated finish, the PVC coated finish weld mesh is available in a range of colours although it has to be said that dark green and black are the most common for PVC coated weld mesh. Height for weld mesh range from 900mm to 3metres with 1.8m being the most popular height and hence the most cost affective. Weld mesh is available in a range of wire diameters the most common galvanised weld mesh for basic security applications is a 3mm mesh size. A range of mesh sizes is available with the most common being 50mm x 50mm.
