Service rating : Driver was a saint but office let them down, was told I could have my delivery Tuesday and it ended up being Thursday, I had booked a handyman for tuesday and booked the week off. ended up having to put it up myself so not good. Product : Only one size available and it was the wrong one! Need to stock 75mm |
Thank you for your valuable feedback and I am sorry that you feel the products you have been supplied were not satisfactory. Having looked back at your order I can see you have used the Fencelock and Metpost items with Concrete Slotted Posts.
The Fencelock items are designed specifically for 75mm timber fence posts and the Metpost spike for 100mm fence posts. It therefore stands to reason that these items would not fit around a concrete slotted post as it is 104mm wide. If a customer is unhappy with the quality of any goods received we would encourage you to contact your supplying branch directly to arrange replacement goods. Regards, AVS Fencing Supplies |

Service rating : Everything I ordered on line was delivered as agreed. Product : The 100 mm x 100mm bolt down post supports really helped me build a solid structure (need to remember to buy the appropriate bolts to go with them when ordering) |
