Hinges

Tee hinges are cheapest and are suitable for most smaller garden gates. As gates become larger use the heavier hinges: hook and band hinges and heavy reversible hinges for strength. If you want the ability to be able to adjust the hinge and effect how the gate hangs use the adjustable hook and band hinges.

Remember the wider the gate, the longer the hinge needs to be.
