Raised Vegetable Beds   

This spectacular vegetable bed is slightly different to our other garden bed ranges, as it’s raised and is constructed with a base. This ultimately means the vegetable bed is not situated on the ground, which can give greater access if you may suffer with back problems.

Like our other garden vegetable beds this is ideal when looking to start growing your own vegetables or for anyone who wishes to create a simple garden, where an attractive flower/vegetable arrangement can be grown.

This vegetable bed is supplied in kit form and will need to be erected on site by the customer. The kit itself is simple to construct and comprises the following components -

bed sides (half round) - 100mm wide 6 @ 1800 6 @ 800mm plus side supports
base boards 150mm wide 14 @ 895mm 2 @ 1800mm
base boards 100mm Wide 2 no 1800mm 2 no 895mm
base support legs 75x75mm 6 no @ 520mm
base centre support rail 100mm wide 1 @ 1800
Fixings - galvanised nails 50mm & 75mm 1/2kg of each

To fill this vegetable bed with soil purchase 1no bulk bag of soil plus 5no 30L bags and three bags of compost
