I am sorry to hear that of the 18 closeboard fence panels you purchased, 5 of these had defects. I have asked the branch to contact you directly to resolve the issue. Where possible we encourage all customers to contact us should they be unsatisfied with their goods. In this case due to the time restraints in place I understand that this option was not available.

Really good service. Called before ordering as I needed delivery of the fence panels and gate within a few days. This was no problem. Ordered goods over the internet then realised the next day something was the wrong size. I called them again and was told not to worry it will be sorted. The goods came on time, all correct. Would definately recommend this comapny | |
