10-Aug-2011	Delivery took 10 days and even then was a day later than arranged. Far too slow for this day and age. Easy to order and good quality materials supplied. Order fulfilled from stock with no 'to follows'	Yes far too slow and then not on time. We must do better and often do meeting our 4 day average delivery period. 28-Jun-2011	would be the last company Id ever use again	Not a very informative comment. We have tried to call and discuss to find out what the problem is but our calls have not been taken. As can be seen from some of the vast amount of positive feedback if we get things wrong we usually sort them out quickly, communicate and resolve any issues that may occasionally arise.
