items missing, told to 'claim through my bank'. Thanks. | Missing Post - I think the resolution process could have been a lot better. If you would like us to reconsider our response please contact our Central Admin office. To clarify it was one item, a post and not items plural that you found missing, when you arrived home and checked the Fencing goods that had been left for you.
Our CCTV has been checked and appears to show that the item was loaded that day onto our own vehicle for your delivery. What happened to it remains a mystery but I accept it was not with the other goods when you saw them. Regards AVS Fencing Supplies |

Service rating : Very good and easy to use website, giving good tips on the work I was carrying out to renew my garden fencing.
The driver who delivered the goods was most helpful, in placing the panels and other items in a way that (at the age of 77 years) I had no problem removing them to the site. - Much appreciated Product : Nails supply were perfect for fixing the panels to the post. |

I specifically asked for 6 panels and 3 posts to be left in my back garden. AVS ignored this and stacked them on our shared driveway instead to save them time - this blocked my 90 year old neighbour from moving his car all day when he wanted to go out. Not happy at all! | Human error meant your note was not transferred to the delivery paperwork. Whilst it not our policy to stack products in back gardens we do always try and accommodate our clients and I am sure in this instance our driver would have done so had we properly informed him of your requirement.
