Coachscrews

Coach screws are available from AVS in a BZP coated finish and the coach screws have a hexagonal head. Hex head coach screws available from AVS come in a range of sizes. Coach screws are usually used when making timber to timber joints, such as with decking, and often used in situations where landscape screws could be used as well. While coach screws are much cheaper than landscape screws they usually require pre-drilling to avoid splitting the timber and to make a good joint. Coach screws are also used with some field gate fittings to fix the gate ironmongery to the gate post. Coach screws may be purchased individually or in boxed quantities.
