i was a bit dissapointed initially as i rearranged a delivery date and it was agreed and the delivery did not turn up . then i arranged it for delivery a week later and was told it would be on the first pm delivery and it did not turn up until late afternoon. | This is not what we expect sorry, we must re-double our efforts to avoid this sort of disappointment.
