Delivery arrived incomplete with handwritten "to follow" for the missing items - and this after I waited extra long for items originally said to be 'out of stock.' As I needed the parts the next day, I had to run around to organise replacements. Also, the round-top palisade slats are very coarse and knotty, almost unusable. | I am sorry this is not what I expect from AVS Fencing. Regards AVS Fencing Supplies |

Good service, seemingly good quality timber products and excellent communication - emailed and phoned with an approximate delivery time. The website was excellent - very clear and easy to use. The Rudgwick team were also very helpful on the phone when I queried delivery and wanted to change my order. Very friendly and helpful delivery staff too. | |
