When I placed the order on-line I asked for the goods to be left by the dustbin and this instruction was on the ticket. The 3 rolls of fencing were left at the gateway where the driver was going to leave them. I had to call him back.
He was however very polite and did not refuse to comply. What is the point in you providing space to add such information when it is not complied with and I assume if I had been out that is where I would have found them. If my request was not acceptable (your clause at bottom of invoice)'Kerbside delivery only' then you should have advised me beforehand. |

would be the last company Id ever use again | Not a very informative comment. We have tried to call and discuss to find out what the problem is but our calls have not been taken.
