Cement
Cement is sold in 25 kilograms bags, these are paper bags with a plastic lining to deter dampness. However, it is important that cement bags are not stored outside. Cement is normally mixed with ballast using a ratio of one pot of cement to six pots of ballast to create concrete for fence post holes.
Cement
The cement can be combined with ballast and used to make concrete.
