• No contract exists between you and AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd until
AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd has received and accepted your order.

• An acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will be sent by e-mail
shortly after your order. However we do reserve the right to terminate
the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, mis-priced or
payment is not received.

• Should you wish to return goods for any reason you have the right
to do so within seven working days of receiving the goods. The full cost of
the goods and the initial delivery costs if applicable will be refunded
to the original credit/debit card. If you require us to collect goods as
part of a return then we may charge a fee to cover our transport costs.

• Should you wish to exercise your right of cancellation you must
give written notice to AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd. Notification by phone
will only be accepted if preceding full written confirmation of cancellation
via post or e-mail to the addresses shown in your confirmatory e-mail.

• In the case of any suspected defect or damage, please contact
us as soon as possible and in all cases before returning goods.

• In the case of returning goods you will be responsible for returning
the goods to AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd at your own cost and expected to
take necessary precautions to prevent any damage in transit. If we are
notified that you believe the returned goods to be damaged or faulty,
upon receiving the goods AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd will inspect the faults
or damage with view to a full refund and reasonable postage reimbursement
where applicable.

• The goods must be returned to the address of the supplying branch, 
this can be found on the delivery note.

• With larger items it may be possible for AVS Fencing Supplies
Ltd to collect the goods from you with appropriate arrangements. If this
is necessary then we may impose a charge to cover our transport costs.

• AVS Fencing Supplies Ltd do not accept liability for goods being
undelivered due to poor accessibility or the buyer being unprepared for
delivery of the goods.

• AVS Fencing Supplies shall be under no liability for any delay in failure
to deliver products within estimated timescales. As we do not normally
stipulate a time for delivery we recommend that you make final
arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf, either
after the day of delivery, or only after the order has been delivered.

• Occasionally we may make a mistake on our website and if we do we
can only acknowledge this, apologise and then admit that we have
unintentionally published incorrect information. If this
adversely affects your order we may be forced to cancel this, right up
until the products are sent out and this may occur even if an order
acknowledgement has been sent out by e-mail. If this does
unfortunately occur we will issue a refund. Please note we will issue
the refund ASAP, but this may take 3-5 working days to appear in
your account, in line with standard bank procedures, which are outside
of our control.

• Illustrations of products are representations only and do not form
part of the contract of purchase.

• Please remember that wood is a natural product and is susceptible
to movement and weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for splits
to occur as the wood dries out. This is not a fault in the product but
a part of using natural products.

• Unless otherwise stated the copyrights and other intellectual property
rights for all material on this website are owned by AVS Fencing Supplies. 
You may download and print extracts from this website for your personal,
non commercial use. Any use of extracts of this website for any other
purpose is prohibited, unless prior approval from the AVS Fencing
