A little bit about lattice design

Lattice design is prominent in Asia and can be made from wood, stone or metal. Lattice design can be used as window or room divider. Lattice design windows are good for letting a mixture of sunlight and cool air enter a room, and at the same time casting lovely intricate patterned shadows.

Lattice design can even be edible, in the form of pastry lattice design on the top of your tarts using strips of dough. You can even buy lattice pastry cutters.
